With a career in media & beauty that spans 15 years Michelle's most recent role was European PR Director of Revlon. Michelle's strategic and creative vision took Revlon from an under performing PR brand to become the most featured in its competitor set through a highly focused strategy, creating exciting brand collaborations which brought Revlon's unique brand positioning to life and pioneering marketing and PR concepts which have led to a direct impact on sales. Much of this PR strategy has become the focus of for the entire brand as both the consumer and the press rediscover this iconic legend.
Michelle also played a very strategic role during her time at Estee Lauder Companies, relaunching the Darphin brand globally and building the makeup artist brand Stila to become one of the most featured brands in the entire industry. Her time spent at Purple PR both on niche and P&G brands and at Clarins Press Office means she has worked on some of the most high profile products in the industry.
During her varied career in Beauty, Michelle has gained experience across all aspects of the beauty industry including Fashion Week in Paris, New York & London, high profile spokespeople activities working with women including Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel and Elle Macpherson, major sponsorship opportunities and brand collaborations, beauty shoots and launching charity initiatives and has built a wealth of high profile contacts.
Having previously worked with Jo at Purple PR and at Estee Lauder Companies and with a similar approach and passion for Beauty, joining Jo as Joint Managing Director at Beauty Seen PR was the ultimate next step and an opportunity to use her experience and passion across a diverse collection of brands allowing her to do more of what she loves doing best!
